Delivery of goods


Delivery of goods - we will ship the ordered goods that we have in stock within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment. If we do not have the items in stock and you have chosen to pre-order, we will send the items as soon as they are ready. It usually takes about 5 days. After the goods have been shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation of the shipment of the order by the indicated email, from that moment the goods will be handed over to the courier or delivered to the terminal of your choice, within 1-3 working days.

Delivery via Lithuanian Post - 4 EUR*

Delivery by courier directly to your specified address - 6 EUR*

When buying for 100 EUR and more - FREE (ONLY in Lithuania)

*Delivery price to the Curonian Spit: 20 Eur

To pick up a parcel from a post machine, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Come to the post office specified in the SMS message or e-mail. in a letter;

2. Touch the screen of the postal machine and press "Collect package";

3. Enter the SMS in the message or e-mail. both parcel pick-up codes specified in the post office;

4. When the terminal door opens, pick up the parcel, close the post machine door;

5. Press YES on the terminal screen to receive the shipment receipt.


When accepting a parcel from the courier or picking it up from the terminal, check whether the packaging and goods are not damaged. If this happened, mark it in the receipt document and/or inform us by e-mail [email protected] within 3 calendar days.
